On Sunday, December 11, our executive chef, Mark Gray and 5 NSCC Chefs (which Mark has either cooked with, or been taught by) will be presenting the “12 Dishes of Christmas;” a 12 course + beer pairing fundraiser for Mark’s journey to represent Nova Scotia at the Canadian Culinary Championships in Kelowna, British Columbia, alongside Brooklyn’s head chef Stephanie Ogilvie, who assisted him with their 1st. place win at the Gold Medal Plates competition at the Cunard Centre last month. A good potion of the proceeds from this dinner will go to support our own Nova Scotian Olympians and their training. There are still some tickets available for the second seating at 8:30pm as of this posting, and they are going fast!
